THE PRIZE

The prizes forming part of this competition are managed by The Promoter and defined in these Terms & Conditions. Those persons taking part in, or making use of, those things that form the prize as prize winners are bound by these conditions. There are 500 prizes in total and therefore 500 winners.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available except in our sole discretion — AND/OR The winner confirms that it will not utilise the Prize for commercial purposes (for example, but not limited to, the Prize cannot be resold or auctioned).

Any other costs and expenses that are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize pool consists of the following:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The competition shall be active during the period (Competition opens at 00:00 01/10/25 and closes at 23:59 31/12/25). Entries outside of these dates will not be entered into the prize draw.

The Promoter will not be liable for entries that are not received, incomplete, invalid details provided, corrupt, or delayed for any reason. If there is reasonable suspicion of a fraudulent entry, the Promoter may cancel such an entry without consultation with the Entrant.
Winner Selection: 500 winners selected via random generator.
The number of permitted entries shall be one per person. Any additional entries per person will be void and not entered into the Promotion.
Employees of Disaronno International UK, their subsidiaries, partners, or their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw, or helping to set up the Prize Draw, shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of The Prize we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Participants must purchase a bottle of 70cl or 1L Tia Maria from eligible retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, ASDA, Ocado, Amazon, and COOP)
Participants must be at least 18 years of age
Participants must be within the UK
Entries must provide proof of purchase by uploading a photograph of their receipt upon competition entry by following the online instructions found at tiamariacompetition.com
Entries will also require your name, email address, and postal address (including postcode).
Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.
After the Closing Date no further entries will be permitted and any such entries received following the Closing Date shall be automatically disqualified.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost due to entrant error, but will take reasonable steps to ensure the competition platform is accessible and operational.
Any entrant found to be using multiple accounts to enter the Prize Draw will be disqualified.

PRIZE DETAILS & CONDITIONS

The winner will be contacted by Disaronno International UK using the contact details provided to Disaronno International UK within the entry.
Prize Winners will be notified via the email address they entered the competition within 5 days of the competition ending and winners automatically sent prizes within 14 days of being notified.
Please ensure the postal address provided upon entry is correct and able to receive the prize.
In the unlikely event that the Prize does not arrive within 14 days, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing competition@tiamaria.com within a further 14 days.

LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY

The Promoter is not liable for any damages, harm, or losses suffered by participants during the competition period, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. This does not exclude liability for personal injury or death resulting from negligence.
In the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition without liability.

DATA PROTECTION & PUBLICITY

Personal details of participants shall be used solely for managing the competition and will be deleted within six months of the competition’s conclusion, unless required for auditing or legal reasons.
Winners may be asked for consent to have their name and images used for promotional purposes. Refusal to give consent will not affect their eligibility to receive the prize.
No personal data shall be shared with third parties unless required by legal authorities.
In accordance with advertising regulations, the entrant agrees to make available information that indicates that a valid award took place, i.e. their surname and county, upon request by Disaronno International UK.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales

This competition will be run in accordance with ASA and CAP Code regulations to ensure fairness and transparency.
